We have a busy week this week with two music concerts. Trying to schedule dinner around music concerts and play rehearsals is quite a challenge. It should work out just fine; it just takes some extra planning!

Dinner: Baked Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, Carrots
Tuesday, January 28:
Breakfast: Overnight Oatmeal
Lunch: Leftover Chicken and Potatoes
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Taco Soup, Corn Bread
Wednesday, January 29:
Breakfast: Oatmeal Muffins, Bananas
Lunch: Leftover Soup
Snack: Jam Thumbprint Cookies
Dinner: Scalloped Potatoes with Ham, Spinach Salad
Thursday, January 30:
Breakfast: Waffles from the Freezer with Frozen Strawberries and Walnuts
Lunch: Leftover Scalloped Potatoes with Ham or Leftover Soup
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks and Apples
Friday, January 31:
Breakfast: Eggs and Toast
Lunch: Spinach Salad with Walnuts, Mandarin Oranges and Cranberries, Leftover Soup

Dinner: Homemade Pizza
Saturday, February 1:
Brunch: Zucchini Muffins, Strawberry-Banana Smoothies
Snack: Homemade Soft Pretzels
