Every year for John's Birthday, we buy crab legs. He considers this a birthday gift and they are typically on sale for the new year and so we can purchase them for a fairly reasonable (for here) price. This year, my parents purchased them as John's birthday gift. We look forward to this each year and the children are now quite adept at cracking crab legs and retrieving the meat.

Breakfast: Oatmeal Muffins, Bananas
Lunch: Spinach Salad with Walnuts, Chicken and Oranges
Snack: No Bake Energy Bites
Dinner: Fried Fish, Couscous, Coleslaw
Thursday, January 16:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Nuts and Raisins
Lunch: Leftover Fish and Couscous
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Stuffed Acorn Squash, Spinach Salad
Friday, January 17:
Breakfast: Eggs and Toast
Lunch: Leftover Squash
Snack: No Bake Energy Bites
Dinner: Homemade Pizza
Saturday, January 18:
Brunch: Pancakes, Bacon and Sliced Apples
Snack: Homemade Soft Pretzels
Dinner: Hamburger Gravy, Noodles, Broccoli, Sliced Apples
Dessert: Pineapple Tarts
