Menu Plan Monday - Week of April 7, 2013
We had waffles one night instead of our planned menu last week - mine fell apart as it came out of the iron , so this was the result! YUM! |

Lunch: At Church for a Sunday School Forum
Snack: Leftover French Bread
Dinner: Ground Turkey Hard-Shell Tacos, Pineapple-Mandarin Orange- Strawberry Salad
Monday, April 8:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Apples and Cinnamon
Lunch: Apples with Peanut Butter, Yogurt, Carrots and/or Tomatoes, Cookie
Snack: Popcorn
Dinner: Lentil and Black Bean Soup in the crock pot, Honey Whole Wheat Biscuits, Orange Wedges
Tuesday, April 9:
Breakfast: Oatmeal Muffins with Orange Wedges
Lunch: Hot Lunch for the Children, Leftovers for Adults
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Soup from the Freezer, Pineapple-Strawberry-Melon Salad
Wednesday, April 10:
Breakfast: Chai Spiced Oatmeal
Lunch: Hot Lunch for the Children, Leftovers for Adults
Snack: Popcorn
Dinner: Pork with Green Onions and Mushrooms in the crock pot, Rice, Orange Wedges
Thursday, April 11:
Breakfast: Pancakes with Strawberries and Pecans
Lunch: Hot Lunch for Children, Leftovers for Adults
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: At the Scout's Meeting - Bring a Fruit Salad
Friday, April 12:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Pecans and Craisins
Lunch: Hot Lunch for the Children, Leftovers for Adults
Snack: Popcorn
Dinner: Roasted Mixed Potatoes, Asparagus, Melon-Pear-Orange Salad
Saturday, April 13:
