Dinner: Baked Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Golden Beets, Asparagus, Apple-Pear-Banana Salad
Tuesday, January 18:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Apples and Cinnamon
Dinner: Baked Tilappia, Homemade Bread, Green Beans, Apple-Pear-Banana Salad
Wednesday, January 19:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Pecans and Cinnamon
Bag Lunches: Wrap Sandwiches, Applesauce, Carrots or Tomatoes, Cookie, Juice Box
Dinner: Veggie Fried Rice, Orange and Grapefruit Wedges

Breakfast: Oatmeal Muffins with Bananas
