Menu Plan Monday - Week of August 2, 2020
We started this week with my Birthday! I turned 45 years old this year. It was a good day and it was a good way to start the week. We end this week with our Anniversary - the first week of August is always a big week for us.
We're starting to get full size tomatoes and peppers from the garden. The beans and the peas are flowering again. I always feel like I have won the lottery when I find fresh produce in the garden! I try to harvest daily, even if it is just a handful of items.

Dinner: Soft Shell Taco, Spinach Salad
Tuesday, August 4:
Breakfast: Bagels with Cream Cheese
Lunch: PB&J Sandwiches
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: BLT's, Cut Cucumbers and Carrots
Wednesday, August 5:
Breakfast: Banana-Blueberry Smoothies
Lunch: Leftovers from the Freezer
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Pork Loin, Roasted Potatoes and Carrots
Thursday, August 6:
Breakfast: Banana-Blueberry Smoothies
Lunch: Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Cut Cucumbers and Tomatoes
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Pizza
Friday, August 7:
Breakfast: Pancakes, Bacon, Grapes
Lunch: Ham Sandwiches, Cut Cucumbers, Grapes
Snack: Popcorn
Dinner: Chicken, Broccoli, Pasta
Saturday, August 8, Our 23rd Wedding Anniversary:
Breakfast: Cinnamon Rolls, Bananas
Lunch: At a Church Function
Snack: Popcorn
Dinner: Salmon, Grilled Veggies
