Menu Plan Monday - Week of June 20th
We have another busy week here! I'm so grateful that it's summer and cool, easy things are on the menu. It makes life just so much easier.
Here's what we're eating this week:
Sunday, June 20, Father's Day:
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Pancakes with Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries and Pecans
Dinner: Chicken and Veggie Fried Rice (see pic above), Strawberry-Grape-Blueberry Salad
Monday, June 21:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Cinnamon
Dinner: At a Friend's House (BBQ for a birthday party)
Tuesday, June 22:
Breakfast: Oatmeal Muffins and Peanut Butter-Banana Smoothies
Dinner: Hamburger Gravy, Noodles, Salad, and Melon-Grape-Banana Salad
Wednesday, June 23:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Cinnamon
Dinner: Out for Lea and John, PB&J with Vanilla Pudding and Grapes for Buddy and Missy
Thursday, June 24:
Breakfast: Waffles with Blackberries and Pecans
Dinner: Scalloped Potatoes with Ham, Salad, Strawberry-Banana-Blueberry Salad
Friday, June 25:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Cinnamon and Pecans
Dinner: Vegetarian Chili, Baking Powder Biscuits, Strawberry-Blueberry-Banana-Salad
Saturday, June 26:
Breakfast: Out for all (Bible Studies)
Lunch: PB&J, Celery and carrot sticks, Fruit
Dinner: Steak, Corn on the Cob, Pasta Salad, Fruit
