Menu Plan Monday - Week of July 21, 2019

Lillies in my garden this spring.
So much good food to eat this week!  We got another CSA box this week containing many good things and we harvested string beans and a few strawberries from the garden as well.  We did go grocery shopping and bought mostly fruit and dairy products.  We did get pork on a buy one get one promotion, which I was delighted with!  We will be using that later this summer.

Sunday, July 21, 2019:
   Breakfast: Bagels with Peanut Butter
   Lunch: Waffles with Strawberries and Walnuts
   Snack: Root Beer Floats
   Dinner: At a Church Event

Monday, July 22, 2019:
    Breakfast: Bagels with Peanut Butter
    Lunch: Leftovers
    Snack: M&M Cookies
    Dinner: Sheet Pan Nachos

Tuesday, July 23, 2019:
    Breakfast: Oatmeal Muffins, Strawberry Smoothies
    Lunch: Bagel Pizzas with Cheese and Pepperoni
    Snack: Zucchini Dessert Bars
    Dinner: Ham, Zucchini, Potatoes, Cantaloupe and Strawberries

Wednesday, July 24, 2019:
   Breakfast:  Overnight Oatmeal with Dates, Walnuts and Blueberries
   Lunch: Leftover Ham, Zucchini and Potatoes
   Snack: Zucchini Dessert Bars
   Dinner: At Church or At a Gathering

Thursday, July 25, 2019:
    Breakfast: Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs
    Lunch: Ham Sandwiches, Cut Veggies
    Snack: Zucchini Dessert Bars
    Dinner: Pasta with Sauteed Vegetables

Friday, July 26, 2019:
     Breakfast: Eggs and Toast
     Lunch: Leftover Pasta and Veggies
     Snack: Zucchini Dessert Bars
     Dinner: Homemade Pizza

Saturday, July 27, 2019:
     Brunch: Maple Oat Scones, Strawberry-Peach-Blueberry Salad
     Snack: Homemade Soft Pretzels
     Dinner: Shrimp Stir Fry, Rice or Noodles
