Menu Plan Monday - Week of January 27, 2019
Red Velvet Cake Brownies with extra chocolate chips. Our daughter made these for the bake sale at church this past weekend. They were delicious! |
We are hunkered down and waiting for the super cold to arrive - our high temperature on Wednesday is projected to be -10F (-23C). Thankfully, we typically only have two weeks of this type of weather each year. This week will be the second one. I am fervently hoping we are done after this week!
Warm food is on the menu for certain this week! I am grateful for all the good things we have in our home and the ability to work from home if necessary!
