Dinner: Homemade Pizza

Breakfast: Waffles from the Freezer
Lunch: Snack-y - Apple Slices, Cut Veggies, Cottage Cheese, Nuts
Snack: Angel Cake
Dinner: Fried Fish, Couscous, Spinach Salad
Wednesday, October 10:
Breakfast: Oatmeal Muffins, Eggs
Lunch: Out with Friends or at A Church Event (Children - Hot Lunch at School)
Snack: Dates and Nuts
Dinner: Leftover Fish in a Sandwich
Thursday, October 11:
Breakfast: Waffles from the Freezer
Lunch: Spinach Salad with Pecans and Cranberries
Snack: Cottage Cheese
Dinner: Meatball Soup, Cornbread

Lunch: Leftover Soup
Snack: Dates and Nuts
