Menu Plan Monday - Week of August 31, 2014
Aren't these cute? A friend got them for us last week to celebrate John's first week of Internship! |
A couple of quick notes about this week: We have a tradition of serving doughnuts on the first day of school - this started when the children were 3 years old so I don't think we're going to quit any time soon! We also meet some friends for ice cream after dinner that evening and we will be using a gift card to pay for that. Both John and I are taking our lunches now and we both have refrigerators and microwaves at work - such a HUGE blessing! John is also eating breakfast at home now - something he didn't do before so we have had to adjust our menus to accommodate his breakfast taste too!
