Menu Plan, um, Tuesday - Week of May 18th, 2014

Oh my - what a week or two. Everything has been SO busy here and I'm grateful for so many things that have happened lately - but that's another post!
We're still not shopping much - Mom and Dad have been treating us to a few things and the rest has been from the freezer and pantry. We did buy milk and fruit last week - I had signed up to take a fruit salad for the teacher's thank you lunch at the children's school on Friday last week. We got to eat the extra! Mom and Dad went to a pot luck dinner with their friends on Sunday afternoon and came home with bread and fruit and they also bought 2 containers of frosting for my daughter's birthday cake on Sunday (Mom was making it and she didn't feel like making homemade).
So here's what we're eating this week:
Sunday, May 18th:
Breakfast: Peanut Butter Toast
Lunch: PB&J Sandwiches, Cut Veggies, Orange Wedges
Snack: Birthday Cake (my daughter had her birthday party)
Dinner: Pork Loin (from the freezer), Tossed Salad, Fruit Salad
Monday, May 19th:
Breakfast; Peanut Butter Toast
Lunch: Leftovers
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Pork Stir Fry (with the leftover pork), Rice, Fruit Salad
Tuesday, May 20th:
Breakfast: Oatmeal Muffins
Lunch: Leftovers
Snack: Birthday Cake
Dinner: Salad with Chickpeas, Feta Cheese and Strawberries
Wednesday, May 21st:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Almonds and Craisins
Lunch: Leftovers
Snack: Rhubarb Crisp (our Rhubarb is finally in)
Dinner: Minestrone Soup in the Crockpot, Biscuits, Apple Slices
Thursday, May 22nd:
Breakfast: Pancakes with Bananas
Lunch: Leftovers
Snack: Rhubarb Crisp
Dinner: Leftover Soup, Tossed Salad, Fruit
Friday, May 23rd:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Walnuts and Bananas
Lunch: Leftovers
Snack: Rhubarb Crisp
Dinner: Out for All
Saturday, May 24th:
Breakfast: Waffles with Oranges
Lunch: At a Graduation Party
Snack: At a different Graduation Party
Dinner: Pizza and Tossed Salad
