Menu Plan Monday - Week of July 11th! Camping Edition!

We're taking Monday through Thursday this week and going camping! It's the first time John and I have taken the kids camping and we're 'cheating' by renting a cabin at a state park (no indoor plumbing but real beds and walls and we're paying the extra $5/night to get electricity). It does mean cooking over a campfire for the better part of 4 days, so that's a hair challenging with our menu!
