We're heading full into spring here and I'm getting antsy so get some fresh veggies from the garden into the menu. Unfortunately, since we live in Minnesota, that will have to wait at least a few more weeks. We did get our seeds started, so it's only a matter of time! In the meantime, we get to enjoy a slightly wider variety of fruit than we have for a while. Strawberries in particular are a favorite around here and they're getting to be inexpensive, or at least relatively so. I love having my kids' eyes light up when they see the strawberries on the table!

Dinner: Pot Roast with Carrots and Potatoes, Apple Slices
Saturday, April 24:
Breakfast: Bible Study Special Breakfast
Lunch: Tuna Wrap Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks, Apple Slices
Dinner: Homemade Pizza and Bread sticks, Strawberry Shortcake
